Return & Refund Policy

At Luxora, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • It must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can fix the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process the refund.
